摘  要:为了改善织物的起毛起球现象,将八甲基环四硅氧烷预乳化后与多组分丙烯酸酯共聚,采用种子乳液聚合法,合成有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂,确定了最佳工艺路线:MMA用量7.40%,MAA用量9.26%,AN用量9.26%,St用量4.32%,BA用量59.88%,D4用量9.88%,乳化剂用量3%(对体系总质量),有机硅含量8%,制备的微乳液含固量为28%~32%,粒径小于100 nm,各项性能稳定.To improve fabric pil ing- resistance, silicon- modified acrylic ester was synthesized by pre- mulsified octamethyl cyclotetra siloxane (D4) and multicomponent acrylate through seed emulsion polymerization. The optimum process was determined as fol ow: the dosages of MMA, MAA, AN, St, BA were 7.40%, 9.26%, 9.26%, 4.32%, 59.88%, 9.88%, emulsifier dosage was 3% (to the mass of reaction mixture), silicone content was 8%. The solid content and diameter of microemulsion was 28%~32% and less than 100 nm. The properties of microemulsion were stable.
