摘  要:以丰香草莓作为试验材料,研究草炭、珍珠岩、蛭石3种基质不同配比对草莓根际微生物的影响,配比分别为T1处理组(草炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=3∶1∶1)、T2处理组(草炭∶珍珠岩=2∶1)、T3处理组(草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=2∶1∶1),对照处理组为未加任何基质的土壤。结果表明,不同基质配比对草莓根际微生物有明显的影响,3种处理均能提高草莓根际微生物数量,T1处理组微生物最为丰富,细菌、放线菌、真菌含量分别为:4.62×107CFU/g、3.36×106CFU/g、5.83×104CFU/g,其总菌落数比对照增加3.3倍。Taking “FengXiang” strawberry as test materials, effects of different mix ratio of peat, perlite and vermiculite on the soil microorganism of strawberry were studied. Three treatments were T1(peat:perlite:vermiculite=3:1:1﹚, T2 (peat:perlite= 2:1﹚ and T3 (peat:vermiculite:perlite =2:1:1﹚ respectively. Soil treatment without any matrix was used as control. Results showed that different substrate mix ratios influenced obviously the number of microorganism of strawberry. All the three treatments could increase the number soil microorganism of strawberry. The soil microorganism number of treatment T1 are the highest. The contents of bacteria, fungus and actinomycetes of treatment T1 were 3.78×10^7 CFU/g, 2.75×10^6 CFU/g, 4.77×10^4 CFU/g. The total microorganism increased by 3.3 times compared with the control.
