摘 要:试验采用透析法提取了猪脾转移因子(TF),并对其理化特性、生物安全性以及其对非特异性和特异性免疫的影响等方面进行了初步研究。结果表明,利用透析法制备的猪脾TF能够显著(P<0.05)增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力;对于E玫瑰花环的形成数和形成率具有极显著(P<0.01)的促进作用;将猪脾TF与猪瘟疫苗同时使用,能够显著(P<0.05)提高机体体液免疫的抗体滴度。此外,制备的猪脾TF安全无毒、无抗原性,不会使异种动物体内产生相应抗体。表明猪脾TF对于机体的特异性和非特异性免疫均有促进作用,是一种安全的生物免疫调节剂。The transfer factors (TFs﹚ of porcine spleen were extracted by dialysis method and studied on the physical and chemical properties, biological security, and its effects on non-specific and specific immune. The results showed that TFs significantly enhanced the mouse’s peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis (P〈0.05﹚,and extremely increased the E rosette formation number and rate (P〈0.01﹚. Used with classical swine fever vaccine, the antibody titer of humoral immunity prominently increased (P〈0.05﹚. In addition,the extracted TFs was safe and non-antigenic. The disparate animals had no antibodies produced. It is indicated that TFs of porcine spleen could promote the body&#39;s non-specific and specific immune, and was a safe biological immunomodulators. With the further research of TFs,the application of it in controlling animal disease will be more extensive.
