摘　　要：从浆染设备及工艺2方面对牛仔布经纱染色上浆生产过程进行详细介绍。分析了当前牛仔布经纱的染色原理及浆染设备的几种形式,并分别对各种浆染设备类型进行了阐述及对比分析。还论述了牛仔布经纱浆染工艺设计的参考依据,且对经纱浆染设备、工艺技术的发展趋势做了简单阐述。Process of the denim warp dyeing and sizing was introduced in detail from two facets： sizing-dyeing equipment and process. Dyeing mechanisms and several forms of sizing-dyeing equipment of present denim warp were analyzed. Then the types of different kinds of sizing-dyeing equipment were elaborated and contrastive analyzed. The reference frame of denim warp sizing and dyeing technique design was discussed, the development trend of denim warp sizing-dyeing equipment and process technology was briefly expounded.
