摘 要:对某低品位铅锌尾矿进行了浮选分离试验研究,在自然pH条件下,以硫酸铜作活化剂,以丁基铵黑药与丁基黄药组合捕收铅锌矿物,采用BF-2作脱药剂,有机抑制剂BH-2与腐殖酸钠组合浮铅抑锌硫工艺,最终获得含锑40.23%、回收率74.09%的铅精矿和含锌30.50%、回收率为81.16%的锌精矿。This experiment work on a new mineral processing flowsheet and reagent system of a low-grade lead-zinc tailing. The new process working at the condition of natural pH and making use of the copper sulfate as the activator, ammonium din-butyl dithiophosphate and butyl xanthate as the collectors for lead-zinc minerals, BF-2 as the reagent removal, BH-2 and sodium humate as the inhibitor for zinc mineral and pyrite. The experiment results shown that, the recovery of lead concentrates and zinc concentrate is 74.09% and 81.16%respectively, and the grade of zinc concentrate is 30.50%. Moreover, the grade of antimony containing in the lead concentrates is 40.23%.
