摘　　要：建立了负荷均衡数学模型,提出了以配电线路负荷均衡为目标的供电恢复软件的设计方法.该软件从配电自动化、配电网生产管理等自动化系统获取配电网运行数据和参数数据,通过在线计算故障关联区域的负荷均衡,提供供电恢复方案.将该故障恢复软件应用于KH-8000P主站系统,可使计算得到的供电恢复方案在主站系统的人机界面上显示,为调度人员提供技术参考.The mathematical model of load balancing is established, a software design method for distribution lines service restoration based on load balancing is presented. The service restoration software obtains the data of distribution operation from distribution automation system and the data of circuit parameters from grid production management system respectively. Based on the data, the service restoration software can realize the load balancing on-line calculating for fault relevant areas and provide the referenced service restoration plan to the dispatchers. Applying the service restoration software to master station system KH-8000P, the calculated service restoration plan can be displayed in the man-machine interface and served as the technical reference for dispatchers.
