某军队三甲医院医务人员吸烟行为及控烟知识现状

摘　　要：目的了解军队三甲医院医务人员吸烟行为及控烟知识现状,为制定合理有效的控烟措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样法,对军队某三甲医院1 078名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果医务人员总吸烟率为10.29%,现在吸烟率为8.72%,全部为男性。不同性别、年龄、学历、职称、身份和岗位的医务人员吸烟率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。90.79%的人认为吸烟有害健康,90.72%的人认为被动吸烟对健康危害较大,93.51%的人认为医务人员应该成为不吸烟的榜样。对烟草危害的知晓率为74.70%,对7种吸烟相关疾病的知晓率为85.30%,对6种被动吸烟相关疾病的知晓率为91.36%。结论军队三甲医院男性医务人员吸烟比例仍较高,主动戒烟比例低,对烟草的危害性认识不足,应加强医务人员吸烟危害性的宣传,开展强制戒烟工作,创建军队医院无烟环境,使其在军队烟草控制工作中起到表率和支持作用。[Objective]To understand the status of smoking behavior and knowledge about tobacco control among medical workers in military first-class and grade 3 hospitals,provide scientific evidence for making the reasonable and effective measures of tobacco control.[Methods]By the cluster sampling method,the questionnaire survey was performed among 1 078 medical workers in a military first-class and grade 3 hospital. [Results]The general smoking rate and current smoking rate among medical workers was10. 29% and 8. 72% respectively,and all of them were male. There were statistically significant differences in the smoking rates among different gender,age,educational level,professional title,identity and position groups（ P 0. 05）. 90. 79% of respondents believed that smoking is harmful to health,90. 72% of them considered that passive smoking is also hazardous to health,and93. 51% of them thought that medical workers should set a good example by not smoking. The awareness rate of knowledge on smoking hazards was 74. 70%,the awareness rate of knowledge about 7 kinds of smoking-related diseases was 85. 30%,and the awareness rate of knowledge about 6 kinds of passive-smoking-related diseases was 91. 36%.[Conclusion]The rate of smoking among male medical workers in military first-class and grade 3 hospital is relatively high,the proportion of actively smoking cessation is low,and they are lack of the knowledge about smoking hazards. It is necessary to strengthen the health education about tobacco hazard among medical workers,carry out the compulsory smoking cessation,create tobacco-free environment in military hospitals,to make it as a model and play a support role in the tobacco control work.
