SF-36应用于华南地区大学生人群与健康相关的生存质量调查的信效度分析

摘　　要：目的分析应用健康测量量表(SF-36)评价华南地区大学生人群与健康有关的生存质量状况的信效度。方法应用SF-36对1 200名华南地区大学生进行现场测试,考评量表的内部一致性信度、分半信度、内容效度、结构效度。结果 SF-36具有较好的分半信度和内部信度,SF-36的Cronbach’sα系数为0.889,Spearman-Brown分半信度为0.738。除活力(VT)和社会功能(SF)外,其他维度的内部信度系数均大于0.7。SF-36具有较好的内容效度,各条目分与该条目相关维度分的相关系数大多显示相关性是显著的。因子分析结果显示,7个因子的累计贡献达61.17%,与量表理论构想基本吻合。结论应用SF-36测量华南地区大学生的生存质量状况是有效的,具有较好的信度和效度。[Objective]To analyze the reliability and validity of SF-36 in evaluating health-related quality of life among college students in south-China region.[Methods]1 200 college students in south-China region were investigated by SF-36,and the internal consistency reliability,split-half reliability,content validity and structure validity of the scale were evaluated.[Results]SF-36showed good split-half reliability and internal reliability,while Cronbach＇s α coefficient of SF-36 was 0. 889,and split-half reliability of Spearman-Brown was 0. 738. Except for the dimension of vitality（ VT） and social functioning（ SF）,all internal consistency Cronbach＇s coefficients were greater than 0. 7. SF-36 had good content validity,and most of correlations between the item and its dimension scores were statistically significant. The factor analysis revealed that cumulative variance of seven principal components reached61. 17%,which was basically consistent with the theoretical conception of SF-36.[Conclusion]SF-36 is a reliable and valid measurement scale for evaluating the quality of life among college students in south-China region,which has good reliability and vitality.
