摘　　要：通过对欧盟航空碳排放交易制度立法的回顾以及对该制度所引发的国际争议的梳理,可见通过外交手段来应对欧盟单方面出台航空碳排放交易制度已十分重要。以现代国际法规则为视野,通过对国际条约、国际习惯法的研读,为我国寻找到有效解决欧盟实施航空碳排放交易制度所带来的问题的外交方式。Through reviewing the legislation of the EU aviation emissions trading system and analyzing the international disputes to this system,we can realize that it is very important for us to use the diplomatic means to deal with the EU unilateral aviation emissions trading system .Based on the modern rules of international law and studying international treaties,cus-tomary international law,this paper will make efforts to find out the effective diplomatic solu-tion to the negative influence of the EU ETS.
