摘 要:目的评估胶体染料试纸条法(DDIA)检测日本血吸虫感染的诊断效能。方法在万方数据、维普、中国知网、Web of Science、PubMed和Embase等数据库中检索有关DDIA诊断日本血吸虫感染的文献,采用RevMan和Metadisc软件进行meta分析,评估DDIA对日本血吸虫感染的诊断效能。结果共有16篇文献纳入分析,文献发表偏倚均较小,文献质量较高。16篇文献报道的DDIA检测日本血吸虫感染敏感度为0.448~1.000,特异度为0.322~0.987,合并敏感性89.2%,合并特异性为62.7%。DDIA试验SR0c曲线下面积为0.8992,Q*值为0.8304,DOR为20.49。结论DDIA检测日本血吸虫感染的敏感性高、特异性强,可推广应用。Objective To evaluate how efficiently a dipstick dye immunoassay (DDIA) diagnoses schistosomiasis. Methods Literature pertaining to use of DDIA to diagnose schistosomiasis was retrieved from Wanfang Data, VIP, CNKI, Web of Science, PubMed, and Embase, and a recta-analysis was performed using the software Meta-disc and Rev- Man to evaluate how efficiently DDIA diagnoses schistosomiasis. Results A total of 16 papers were included in the final analysis. All of the papers were high quality and they had little publication bias. DDIA had a sensitivity of diagnosing schistosomiasis of 0. 448-1. 000 and a specificity of diagnosing schistosomiasis of 0. 322-0. 987 according to the 16 papers included in the meta analysis, with a pooled sensitivity 89. 2% and a pooled sensitivity of 62. 7%. The area under the SROC was 0. 8992, the Q * value was 0. 8304, and the DOR was 20.49. Conclusion DDIA has a high level of sensitivity and specificity at diagnosing schistosomiasis as would faeilitate large-scale screening.
