摘 要:随着电力电子技术的大力发展和智能控制技术在焊接领域的应用,焊机的控制已从模拟控制向数字化、智能化方向转变。介绍数字化焊机的核心组成部分——电源,阐述国内外数字化弧焊电源的研究现状,比较数字化弧焊电源与模拟式弧焊电源的优缺点,分析各类弧焊电源的原理和控制方法,概括目前数字化弧焊电源技术存在的问题,并对其发展前景进行了展望。With the rapid development of power electronic technology and intelligent control technology applied in the field of welding, the welding machine control system has been transformed from analog to digital or intelligent direction. The core of the digital welding machine and power source are introduced in this paper. A number of researches status of domestic and foreign arc welding was elaborated,the advantages and disadvantages of digital arc welding power source and analog power source were compared. Principle and con-trol method of all kinds of arc welding power source was analyzed. The problems existing in current digital arc welding power supply technology were summed up,and its development foreground was prospected.
