摘　　要：新时期维护高校稳定工作,应把握"三个范畴"(学生、教师和员工"三个群体"的人员范畴,招生、培养和就业"三个过程"的时间范畴,校内、校外和网络"三个领域"的空间范畴),切实做好抵御渗透、治安防控和矛盾纠处的"三个重点"工作,不断完善沟通协调机制、考核评估机制以及相关保障机制的"三个机制",从而保障师生人身财产安全,实现高校平安和谐。During the new period of maintaining the stability of colleges and universities,we must firmly grasp the “three categories” consist of the “three groups” personnel category includes students,teachers and staff, the “three processes” time category includes recruitment,training and employment,as well asthe “three fields” space category includes campus,off campus and network,earnestly resist the “three priorities” consist of preventing seepage, prevention and control as well as contradictory intercessory, also constantly improve the “three mechanisms” such as communication and coordination, evaluation as well as relative safeguard mechanism,so as to safeguard the personal and property safety,realize the harmony and stability.
