原发性痛经血瘀证患者舌下络脉参数与血小板活性相关性分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨原发性痛经血瘀证患者舌下络脉与血小板活性的相关性。【方法】采用临床流行病学的研究方法,收集原发性痛经血瘀证患者62例,观察其舌下络脉情况,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清中血小板活化因子(PAF)、血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶(PAF-AH)和人β2-糖蛋白1抗体(β2GP1-Ab-IgG)水平。【结果】原发性痛经血瘀证患者不同舌下络脉分级组PAF、PAF-AH、β2GP1-Ab-IgG比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);舌下络脉总积分与PAF、PAF-AH、β2GP1-Ab-IgG均有相关关系,差异均有统计意义(P<0.01);PAF与PAF-AH相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而PAF或PAF-AH与β2GP1-Ab-IgG的相关性,经检验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】原发性痛经血瘀证患者舌下络脉分级越高,PAF值和β2GP1-Ab-IgG值增加、PAF-AH值下降越明显。随着舌下络脉积分增加,PAF、β2GP1-Ab-IgG值增加,而PAF-AH值下降;但原发性痛经血瘀证患者舌下络脉改变是否是PAF或PAF-AH与β2GP1-Ab-IgG同时失常,尚值得商榷。Objective To explore the correlation between sublingual collaterals and platelet activity in primary dysmenorrhea patients with blood stasis. Methods Clinical epidemiology methods were used for the collection of related data of 52 primary dysmenorrhea patients with blood stasis. The scores of sublingual collaterals were investigated, and serum levels of platelet activating factor （PAF）, acetyl hydrolase of PAF （PAF-AH） and human β2-glycoprotein 1 antibody IgG （β2GP1-Ab-IgG） in the patients were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results Levels of PAF, PAF-AH and β2GP1-Ab-IgG in the 52-blood stasis patients of primary dysmenorrheal varied with the grading of sublingual collaterals scores, the inter-group difference being statistically significant （P〈 0.01 ）. The total scores of sublingual collaterals were correlated with PAF, PAF-AH, and β2GP1-Ab-IgG, and the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. PAF was correlated with PAF-AH （P〈0.01） while the correlation of β2GP1-Ab-IgG with PAF or PAF-AH had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The levels of PAF and β2GP1-Ab-IgG are increased while PAF- AH level is decreased with the increase of scores grading and total scores of sublingual collaterals in primary dysmenorrhea patients with blood stasis. However, it still remains uncertain whether the changes of sublingual collaterals are correlated with the simultaneous disorders of PAF, PAF-AH and β2GP1-Ab-IgG.
