二藤通痹合剂配合康复体操治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨二藤通痹合剂配合康复体操疗法在强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)治疗中的临床疗效。【方法】将82例AS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各41例。2组患者均给予二藤通痹合剂(主要由南蛇藤和鸡血藤两味药组成)口服,治疗组在此基础上配合康复体操疗法,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及AS疗效评价标准20反应方案(ASAS 20)进行评估,并做比较分析。【结果】(1)治疗12周后,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,治疗组和对照组脊柱痛、外周关节疼痛及肿胀数、晨僵时间、患者躯体功能(BASFI)等均显著改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善作用均优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗期间,2组的血常规和肝、肾功能等实验室检测指标均无明显改变,具有较好的安全性。【结论】二藤通痹合剂配合康复体操治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切,且安全性好。Objective To investigate Erteng Tongbi Mixture combined with rehabilitation gymnastics training in treating ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods Eighty-two AS patients were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group. The patients in both groups were given oral use of Erteng Tongbi Mixture, which is mainly composed of Caulis Celastri and Caulis Spatholobi. Additionally, the patients in the treatment group had rehabilitation gymnastics training. Visual analogue scale （VAS） and Assessment in Ankylosing Spondylitis Response Criteria （ASAS 20） were used for the therapeutic effect evaluation for AS. Results After treatment for 12 weeks, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group, the difference being statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, rachialgia, the number of the peripheral joint with pain and swelling, time for morning stiffness, and Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Function Index （BASFI） of patients in both groups were improved （P〈0.05 compared with those before treatment）, particularly in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. During the treatment, experimental indexes of routine blood test and hepato-renal function in both groups were steady. Conclusion Erteng Tongbi Mixture combined with rehabilitation gymnastics training is effective and safe for the treatment of AS.
