摘  要:运用DEA法评价1999—2011年期间6种不同类型高校科技创新效率.研究发现,不同类型高校科技创新效率存在差异,工科院校综合效率均值最高,农林院校综合效率均值最低.综合大学、工科院校、农林院校、师范院校和其他院校的综合效率波动主要由纯技术效率变化引起,医药院校综合效率提升受到规模效率制约.研发投入、政府支持程度、基础研究投入、社会服务能力、专业技术人员投入对不同类型高校科技创新效率的影响程度存在明显差异.Base on the data of different types of universities during the period of 1999 -2011, the scientific and technology innovation efficiency was analyzed by using DEA. The results are as follows. The scientific and technology innovation efficiency is different among various types of universities. Technical efficiency of engineering universities is the highest, and technical efficiency of agricultural and forestry universities is the lowest. The fluctuation of technical efficiency of comprehensive universities, engineering universities, agricultural and forestry universities, normal universities and other universities is mainly caused by the change of pure technical efficiency. Technical efficiency of medical universities is restricted by scale efficiency. R&D investment, government support, basic research investment, social service ability, professional and technical personnel had different impact on science and technology innovation efficiency of different types of colleges and universities.
