摘　　要：阐述国内外知识服务研究的历史背景、意义和现状,指出我国图书馆开展知识服务存在的主要的问题,并探讨知识服务研究热点及发展趋势。The paper elaborates the historical background, significance and current situation of studies on knowledge service at home and abroad, points out main problems in library＇s studies on knowledge service in China, and discusses hotspots and develop- ment trend of knowledge service researches.
