摘 要:在原状脱硫石膏中掺入少量的矿渣和激发剂,未经煅烧制备出高掺量脱硫石膏-矿渣复合胶凝材料,分析了Na2CO3、NaOH和Na2SiO3对m(脱硫石膏)∶m(矿渣)=7∶3复合胶凝材料性能的影响.结果表明:NaOH和Na2SiO3对体系具有促凝作用,而Na2CO3则产生缓凝;3种激发剂对复合胶凝材料强度均有增强效果,其作用大小的顺序为Na2SiO3>NaOH>Na2CO3,最佳掺量质量分数分别为1.5%,0.3%,3%,对应试样28d的抗压强度分别为33.8,25.8,19.2MPa,软化系数分别达0.65,0.76,0.73,较建筑石膏有较大幅度提高.综合对比试样的凝结时间、强度和软化系数,NaOH作为激发剂效果最好.微观结构分析表明其水化产物不仅有钙钒石和水化硅酸钙,而且有沸石类的化合物.The composite binder was prepared by adding a small amount of slag and alkaline activators to original FGD gypsum by means of non-calcination. The influence of sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate on the properties of the composite binder with 70% FGD gypsum and 30 % slag is discussed. The results show that all of the three activators can increase the strength of the samples. The order of the effect is as follows: sodium silicate 2〉 sodium hydroxide 〉 sodium carbonate, and the optimal additive amounts of each alkaline agents are 1. 5%, 0. 3% and 3%, respectively. The corresponding compressive strength are 33.8 MPa, 25.8 MPa and 19. 2 MPa, respectively. And the homologous softening coefficients are 0.65, 0. 76 and 0. 73, which are greatly improved compared with building gypsum. Combining with the analysis on setting time, strength and softening coefficients of the samples, it is shown that the activation effect of NaOH is optimal. Microscopic analysis indicates that the hydration products include ettringite crystals and calcium silicate hydrate, as well as some kinds of zeolite.
