摘　　要：坚定"三个自信"是党中央对全体党员提出的新要求。我国八千多万党员大部分工作在基层单位。基层党员在党内不仅数量上占绝大多数,而且直接面向广大群众,其一言一行关系着群众对党的信任。基层党员必须通过理论学习和实践探索,充分认可"中国特色社会主义"对中国的意义,从而坚定"三个自信",积极应对中国发展过程中所出现的各种问题,推动"中国特色社会主义"更好地向前发展。Strengthening＂the three confidences＂is the new requirements put forward by central committee of the party to all party members. There are more than 80 Million party members in China and most of them work in the grass-roots unit. They directly face to the masses and their behaviors are related to the trust from the masses. Party members of basic unit must fully recognize the meaning of＂socialism with Chi-nese characteristics＂ in China through the theoretical study and practical exploration and strengthen ＂the three confidences＂. We should actively deal with various problems to promote better development of ＂so-cialism with Chinese characteristics＂.
