国情监测数字调绘核查系统的研发与应用

摘　　要：根据地理国情监测项目需求,我单位自主独立研发了一套多功能模块的国情监测数字调绘核查系统。核查系统包括:用户管理、空间定位、数据浏览、数据编辑、样本采集(实景获取功能)、通信、数据转换(输入输出模块)等功能模块。该系统在国情监测项目生产实施中已推广应用,并很好地提高了作业效率,节省了生产成本,保证了质量,目前正在1∶50 000动态更新项目和省基础测绘项目加以推广。本文主要介绍该系统的研发和应用过程。According to the project requirements of geographical condition monitoring , our unit have developed a multifunctional module condition monitoring digital annotation verification system autonomously and independently .Verification system includes： user management , spatial positioning , data browsing , data editing , sample collection （ function of obtaining real view ） , communications , data conversion （ input and output modules ） and other functional modules .The system has been applied in the production of condition monitoring project implementation .It improves work efficiency well and saves the cost of production , also it ensures the quality , and it is in the promotion of 1∶50 000 dynamic update project and provincial basic surveying and mapping project at present .This paper focuses on the development and application process of the system .
