摘　　要：针对变压器出口短路故障占总故障次数较高这一问题，本文从变压器出口短路的危害、防止变压器出口短路的技术和管理措施方面进行了分析；提出了防止变压器出口短路的技术措施：加装绝缘热缩套、电子消谐器、小电阻或消弧线圈；使用大爬距防污瓷瓶、大开遮断容量开关；完善变压器保护配置等。提出了防止变压器出口短路的管理措施：强化巡检制度；加强技术监督；合理安排运行方式；合理使用自动重合闸；消除保护“死区”等。Transformer short-circuit fault for export accounted for the total number of failure is higher this problem, in this paper, from the harm of transformer outlet short circuit preventing transformer short circuit technology and management measures were analyzed; puts forward some technical measures for preventing transformer outlet short circuit： adding insulation heat shrinkable sleeve, electronic harmonic elimination device, a small resistor or arc-suppression coil; use large distance antidirt porcelain, open the interrupting capacity switch; improve the transformer protection configuration. Put forward to prevent transformer short-circuit export management measures： strengthen the inspection system; strengthen technical supervision; reasonable arrangements for operation mode; the proper use of the automatic reclosing; eliminate protection ＂dead zone ＂.
