摘  要:目的探讨高频超声在尺神经病变中的诊断价值。方法应用高频超声对28例尺神经病变患者进行检查,同时行健侧对比,并与术中所见进行比较分析。结果 13例卡压性病变声像图表现为卡压处神经变细,内部呈低回声改变,束状回声不清晰,近端增粗;5例尺神经断裂声像图表现为束状结构部分或全部中断,断端神经束粗大,回声减低。9例尺神经肿瘤声像图表现为低回声结节,两端与神经干相连。1例轻度卡压性病变超声扫查未检出。超声诊断总体符合率85.71%。结论高频超声可较准确地判断尺神经损伤的部位和类型,并可以指导治疗和定期随访。【Objective】 To evaluate the diagnostic value of high-resolution ultrasonography in ulnar nerve injury. 【Methods】 28 patients with ulnar nerve lesions injury were evaluated with high-resolution ultrasound and compared with the contralateral side. And compared with the intraoperative findings. 【Results】 13 patients with compression appeared as thinner at the site of nerve entrapment, unclear nerve bundle. 5 patients with ulnar nerve disruption showed partial or complete interruption of the nerve, thickened nerve ends,reduced echogenicity. 9 patients with traumatic neuroma showed hypoechoic nodules connected with the nerve stem. One case of mild compression was not found. The total ultrasonic accuracy was 85.71%. 【Conclusion】High-frequency uhrasonography has a high accuracy in determining the sites and types of radial nerve injury and may have a great potential to help directing treatment and follow-up.
