鼻渊舒口服液联合罗红霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻渊舒口服液联合罗红霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法将58例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组给予罗红霉素0.15 g,2次/d,治疗组在对照组基础上给予鼻渊舒口服液10mL,3次/d。用药3个月后两组进行疗效比较。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻渊舒口服液联合罗红霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎安全、有效率较高,值得在基层医院推荐。【Objective】 To observe the effect of Biyuanshu oral liquid combined with Roxithromycin on chronic sinusitis in clinical treatment. 【Methods】 58 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups： 29 cases were treated with Roxithromycin（0.15 g twice a day）, and 29 cases were treated with Roxithromycin combined with Biyuanshu oral liquid（10 mL three times a day）. The symptoms of patients were evaluated after 3 months treatment. 【Results】 The difference was significant between the group treated with Biyuanshu oral liquid combined with Roxithromycin and the group treated with Roxithromycin alone（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 The treatment with Biyuanshu oral liquid combined with Roxithromycin is efficient and worth recommendation to the primary hospital.
