摘　　要：为有效解决工程总承包模式下电力部门投标报价中遇到的瓶颈,设计一个快速报价专家系统。对工程总承包模式做了简要介绍并分析了快速报价的必要性以及快速报价的难点;在此基础上,提出构建共同协作的信息管理平台,给出了系统总体设计和数据库设计,讨论了实现快速报价的关键技术,其中包括几种分解结构的应用、量价分离、工程的相似匹配等,介绍了系统的主要功能。通过开发实例验证了该系统可以有效提升报价的准确度并保证报价效率。To effectively solve the bottleneck encountered in the electric power enterprise of engineering procurement construc-tion （EPC）administrative mode for rapid quotation,a method of designing an expert system for rapid quotation was put forward. Firstly,the EPC administrative mode was briefly introduced and the necessity and the difficulty for rapid quotation were ana-lyzed.On the basis of these,an idea of constructing the information management platform for cooperation was proposed,and then the system design and database design were provided.The key technology including application of several breakdown structures,separation of quantity and price,similarity matching and so on to achieve the goal of rapid quotation were discussed.The main function of the system was expatiated.Finally,an example was presented to demonstrate the validity and efficiency of the rapid quotation.
