摘　　要：目的:探讨老年男性病人类固醇激素水平、骨代谢指标、体质指数(BMI)与骨密度之间的关系。方法:测定78例老年男性病人血清类固醇激素水平,骨代谢指标,身高、体重并计算BMI,采用双能X线(DEXA)测定腰椎正位和股骨颈的骨密度。根据骨密度判断标准,按T值分为正常骨量组、低骨量组及骨质疏松组。结果:低骨量组和骨质疏松组BMI低于正常骨量组,骨质疏松组的BMI低于低骨量组,骨质疏松组的活性维生素D3含量低于正常骨量组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。逐步多元回归分析发现,仅BMI为老年男性骨密度的独立危险因素(β=0.553,P<0.001)。结论:BMI可作为老年男性骨质疏松独立的预测因素。Objective： To investigate the relationship between steroid hormone levels, bone metabolic markers, body mass index （BMI） and bone mineral density （BMD） in senior-aged males. Methods： Serum steroid hormone levels, bone metabolic markers, body height and weight in 78 senior-aged males were measured, and then, BMI was calculated in relation to body height and weight. BMD of lumbar spine and femoral neck were detected by dual energy X-ray （DEXA）. Then, in accordance with diagnostic criteria of BMD based on the T value, the senior-aged males were divided into 3 groups： the normal group, the low bone mass group and the osteoporosis group. Results： The BMIs of the low bone mass group and the osteoporosis group were obviously lower than that of the normal group, and the BMI of the osteoporosis group was lower than that of the low bone mass group. The vitamin D3 level of the osteoporosis group was lower than that of the normal group, and statistical significance could be noted, when comparisons were made between them （P〈0.05）. Stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that only BMI was an independent risk factor of BMD in senior-aged males （β=0. 553, P〈0. 001）. Conclusion： BMI could be used as an independent factor for the prediction of osteoporosis in senior-aged males.
