论医患联动模式在临床研究实施中的建立与应用

摘　　要：在国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)的实施过程中,在与患者及患者家属的交流与沟通中,课题组提出了医患联动模式。随着课题的开展,该模式在加强医生与患者交流的基础上,在病源的收集和选择、提高患者依从性、提升课题质量方面都有着独特的优势。文章介绍了该模式的建立和应用,为该模式在今后临床相类研究中的应用提供借鉴。Though communication with the patient and their family in national basic research program in China（973 program）, we have put forward a model of doctor-patient interaction. With the development of the program, it has found that the pattern has some special advantages in collecting and selecting the disease resource, increasing the patient＇s compliance and improving the project quality etc.Based on strengthening the communication between doctors and patients. This paper introduces the establishment and the application of the pattern in order to provide the basis for the application of the model in the future clinical research.
