附子理中汤对肺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察附子理中汤对肺癌术后化疗患者免疫系统的影响。方法:将82例肺癌术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组只应用化疗药物,观察组在应用化疗药物的同时予以附子理中汤口服。所有患者在化疗前后均检测免疫系统功能的变化情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组化疗后血清IgG、IgM水平显著升高(P<0.05);化疗前后两组血清IgA含量无明显变化(P>0.05);观察组化疗后CD8明显下降,CD4/CD8比值明显上升,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:附子理中汤在肺癌患者术后辅助化疗过程中,可改善免疫系统功能、减轻不良反应、提高患者的生存质量,进而起到增效减毒的作用。Objective： To observe the side effects of chemotherapy drugs,the status of immune system,and the impact on quality of life by Fuzi Lizhong Decoction（FD） to patients with lung cancer in post-operative chemotherapy period. Methods： The postoperative patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into the control group（only use chemotherapy drugs） and FD group（chemotherapy drugs ＋FD）. All the patients＇ functional changes of immune system were observed before and after chemotherapy. Results： Compared with the control group,the level of IgG,IgM in FD group were increased（P 0. 05）. While no significant changes in the levels of IgA（P〉 0. 05）. The percentage of CD8 cells were decreased（P 0. 05）. CD4 /CD8 was increased（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Fuzi Lizhong Decoction can promote the tumor inhibitive effect of chemotherapy drugs,improve the body immunity and reduce the toxic and side reactions of chemotherapy.
