银翘散加减治疗吉非替尼引起的皮疹临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨银翘散加减治疗吉非替尼引起皮疹的治疗效果。方法:将使用吉非替尼后发生皮疹的肺癌患者45例随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规抗过敏治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用银翘散加减治疗,直至皮疹消失或中断吉非替尼治疗或治疗时间达4周,统计两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率为100%,对照组有效率80%。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:银翘散加减治疗吉非替尼引起的皮疹效果显著。Objective： To discuss about the clinical effect of Yinqiaosan in treating rash induced by Iressa. Methods： 45 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated by general ananaphylaxis treatment and the treatment group was treated with Yinqiaosan based on the control group. The cure course was 4 weeks or until the rash disappeared. Results：The effective power was 100% in treatment group and 80% in control group respectively. Compared the two groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0. 01）. Conclusion： traditional Chinese medicine in treating Rash Induced by Iressa has obvious effect.
