摘　　要：目的探讨FORTHGOER-RII医用诊断X射线机临床应用示范价值。方法对四川西南医用设备有限公司生产的FORTHGOER-RII医用诊断X射线机(评价设备)与上海医疗器械厂生产的XG221高频医用诊断X射线摄影装置(对照设备)在二甲及以下医疗机构的应用,从设备创新性、有效性、安全性、实用性、经济性和售后服务等六个方面进行对比评价。结果 FORTHGOER-RII医用诊断X射线机是一款多功能数字X线摄影系统(DR),创新性较好,在知识产权、专利技术上具有优势;所摄各部位影像达到临床影像质量评价标准要求,均满足临床;未发生不良事件,安全性高;智能化程度高,实用性好;在耗材方面更经济、环保,并且有较完善的售后服务体系。结论 FORTHGOER-RII医用诊断X射线机完全能满足二甲及以下医疗机构开展的所有X线摄影检查项目,适合基层医疗机构临床示范应用,在基层医疗机构X线设备升级换代中具有较大优势。Objective To investigate the value of FORTHGOER-RII medical diagnostic X-ray machine in clinical application and demonstration.Methods A FORTHGOER-RII＇s medical machine produced by Sichuan Southwest Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd.and a high-frequency medical diagnostic X ray photography device（XG221） produced by Shanghai medical equipment factory were compared for clinical application in the grade 2 class-A or below hospitals.Their creativity,efficacy,safety,practicability,economy and aftersales service were evaluated.Results The FORTHGOER-RII is a multifunctional digital radiation machine.It has a great advance in better innovation,intellectual property rights,and patent technology.The photographs taken by the machine are clear that satisfy the clinical demand.It has a high safety because none security incidents happened when doing the research.Moreover,it has high degree of intelligence and good practicality.Finally,it has a great preponderance in consumed material because it is good for environment protection as well as an integrated after-sales service.Conclusion The FORTHGOER-RII can meet the requirement of in grade 2 class-A or below hospitals and suitable for clinical demonstration in basic level medical institutions.The machine has preponderance in X-ray equipment updating and upgrading.
