人工钛网修复上颌窦壁粉碎性骨折伴缺损的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人工钛网修复上颌窦壁粉碎性骨折伴缺损的临床效果。方法 2008年6月至2013年6月在我院住院的20例上颌窦壁粉碎性骨折患者采用钛网修复治疗,观察临床效果。结果 20例患者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,顺利出院,面中部畸形明显改善,突度恢复,无复视。术后随访3～6个月,均未遗留明显面部畸形,未出现睑外翻、溢泪、复视症状。但有2例术后6月随访时仍遗留有局部麻木。结论人工钛网修复上颌窦壁粉碎性骨折,临床效果满意,操作过程简单安全,适宜临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of repairing the comminuted fracture and defection of maxillary sinus wall with artificial titanium mesh.Methods Twenty cases who suffer from comminuted fracture and defect of maxillary sinus wall were treated with artificial titanium mesh from Jan.2006 to Oct.2011.The clinical efficiency was observed.Results All patients were recovered with obviously mid-facial protrusion recovery but without deformity and diplopia.They were discharged from hospital formally.There were no ectropion,epiphora and diplopia observed during 3 ～ 6 months of following up except 2 cases suffering from facial numbness.Conclusion The new technology has satisfactory clinical effect to repair the comminuted fracture and defect of maxillary sinus wall.It is also simple and reliable that suitable for clinical application.
