基于配伍禁忌的静脉顺序滴注监视系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：目的开发一套切合临床实际的静脉顺序滴注监视系统,观察临床使用效果。方法结合现有的医学信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)系统,在不破坏原有工作流程的基础上,设计基于配伍禁忌的静脉顺序滴注监视系统。结果通过系统测试,静脉顺序滴注监视系统能够实现对静脉药物组间配伍禁忌的实时监控、临床常用静脉药物配伍禁忌录入和更新功能,发现存在组间药物配伍禁忌时提醒护士调整用药顺序,以降低药源性疾病,提高用药安全,避免医疗纠纷。结论静脉顺序滴注监视系统能够加强用药管理,提高用药安全。Objective To develop a sequential intravenous drip monitoring system corresponds to clinical reality,and observe the outcome.Methods A drug prescription incompatibility based sequential intravenous drip monitoring system was designed by friendly modifying the original procedures and learning the existing HIS system.Results According to system test,this system was capable of monitoring the real-time drug prescription incompatibility,entering and updating the prescription incompatibility of clinical intravenous drugs,and reminding nurses to adjust the dosage schedules when incompatibilities were detected.As a result,implementation of this system could reduce drug-induced diseases,improve dosing safety and help to avoid medical disputes.Conclusion Sequential intravenous drip monitoring system can enhance medication management and improve medication safety.
