国产IS1200全自动化学发光测定仪的临床应用评价

摘　　要：目的对四川迈克公司生产的IS1200全自动化学发光测定仪的创新性、有效性和安全性进行评价。方法选取具有不同临床意义二个水平的临床新鲜混合血清和蒸馏水作为样本,分别采用四川迈克公司生产的IS1200全自动化学发光测定仪及已上市的全自动化学发光免疫分析系统(医院临床所采用的仪器及配套试剂)进行精密度(批内、批间)、携带污染、灵敏度、临床样本比对。结果 IS1200全自动化学发光测定仪精密度良好,携带污染率低,灵敏度高,检测结果与贝克曼全自动化学发光仪I800和安图化学发光免疫仪符合程度非常高。结论 IS1200全自动化学发光测定仪是一台质量可靠值得推荐的国产先进医疗设备。Objective To evaluate the innovation,availability,and security of a Chemiluminescence Detector IS1200 produced by the Sichuan Maker company.Methods Two different clinical fresh serum and purified water were chosen as samples.The samples were measured by the instrument.The results were compared with other chemiluminescence detectors that have been used in hospitals in term of precision（intra and inter batch）,carryover,sensitivity,and clinical samples.Results The testing results were highly corresponding with other similar productions.Conclusion The Automatic Chemiluminescence Detector IS1200 is an advanced medical instrument that has wonderful quality and worth to be recommended.
