分合式输液器临床应用评价

摘　　要：目的探讨分合式输液器临床应用示范价值。方法对四川省双陆医疗器械有限公司生产的分合式输液器与山东威高医疗器械有限公司生产的普通一次性使用袋式输液器,从临床实用性、安全性和经济性方面进行对比评价。结果分合式输液器具有自动排气、"Y"型结构、钝角分装袋及螺旋接口等创新性设置,实用性好;临床应用中未发生不良事件,且能减少药液损失,避免药物化学反应,安全性高。经济性评价高,减少了药液的浪费,减少了护理纠纷造成的经济赔偿。结论分合式输液器是一款值得推荐的国产先进医疗器材。Objective To investigate the demonstration value of clinical application of a split type transfusion device.Methods A split type transfusion device from Medical Devices Co.,Ltd of Sichuan Backgammon was compared with the ordinary disposable infusion bags from Shandong Weigao Medical Devices Co.,Ltd for practicality,safety and economic aspects.Results The equipment has auto exhaust,＂ Y＂-type structure,obtuse angle of bagging and helix interface innovative settings that are good practicality.No adverse events were found when used the equipment.Finally,the equipment reduced liquid losses and avoided drug reaction suggesting that it is safe.Conclusion The split type transfusion device,a domestic advanced medical equipment,should be recommended.
