摘　　要：目的：探讨NBCA胶经导管栓塞治疗肾动脉出血的围手术期护理方法。方法：选择2010年1月～2013年10月应用NBCA胶经导管栓塞治疗肾动脉出血患者23例,精心做好术前、术中、术后护理。结果：23例患者均成功施行经动脉栓塞术,术后造影显示异常表现消失。术后出血症状消失,无器官坏死并发症。结论：对于各种原因所致的肾出血性病变,经导管栓塞治疗中单独应用NBCA或联合应用其他栓塞材料是安全有效的。做好围术期护理是确保介入治疗成功的关键。Objective： To discuss the key points of perioperative nursing for patients with bleeding in the kidney who treated by transcatheter embolization of the renal artery used N- butyl cyanoacrylate（ NBCA）. Methods： Transcatheter embolization for renal arterial bleeding with NBCA was performed in 23 patients. A review of medical charts were performed to gather information regarding the key points of nursing. Results： 23 patients were successfully performed transcatheter embolization. In all cases,hemorrhage stopped and no ischemic necrosis of organ occurred. Conclusion： Transcatheter NBCA embolization of the renal artery is a safe and feasible procedure that offers effective occlusion of the pathologic vessel. Strict accomplishment of all perioperative nursing measures is the key point to ensure a successful therapy.
