摘　　要：目的:探讨ICU护理质量敏感指标评价体系的建立方法。方法:在调查ICU护士核心能力的基础上,从保障ICU专科护理技术的完整性角度来制定评价体系的三级指标,利用Delphi专家调查、肯德尔(Kendall)和谐系统及其显著性检验来对指标进行论证。结果:确定的ICU护理质量评价指标体系共有3项一级指标(基础评价、过程评价和结果评价)、12项二级指标、74项三级指标,通过Kendall和谐系统及其显著性检验,被广东省数十家三级医院采用。结论:根据ICU护士的现有能力水平,以各项ICU专科护理技术为评价单位制定指标评价体系,是切合ICU护理临床实际的有效方法。Objective： To explore the method of establishing ICU sensitive index evaluation system of nursing quality. Methods： Based on the core competencies of ICU nurses,to develope three indicators of evaluation system from the perspective of nursing technology to ensure the integrity of ICU,using the Delphi expert investigation,Kendall harmony system and significant test to demonstrate the index. Results： ICU nursing quality evaluation index system consists of 3 first-level indexes（ evaluation of basic evaluation,process evaluation and result）,12 two level indexes,74 three level indexes,through the Kendall harmonious system and its significance test,by the Guangdong Province dozens of three hospitals by. Conclusion： According to the existing level of ability of ICU nurses,nursing technique to the ICU as evaluation units to formulate the evaluation index system,is an effective method with ICU in clinical nursing practice.
