摘　　要：根据T细胞表面受体的不同,可将其分为αβT细胞和γδT细胞,γδT细胞在皮肤、肠黏膜、呼吸道、泌尿生殖系统黏膜中分布较多.作为连接固有免疫和适应性免疫的桥梁,γδT细胞在多种炎症性疾病、肿瘤和自身免疫疾病方面发挥重要作用.γδT细胞在不同的微环境中可表现出αβT胞亚群如细胞毒性T淋巴细胞（CTL）、Th1细胞、Th2细胞、Th17细胞、调节性T细胞（Treg）和抗原递呈细胞（APC）的功能,同时调节特异性IgE的产生和嗜酸性粒细胞的聚集.γδT细胞在变应性气道疾病的发生和发展中参与促炎、免疫调节和抑炎的过程,其不同亚群在变应性气道炎症中表现出不同的免疫调节功能.Based on the different expression of TCR chains,T cells can be divided into αβT cells and γδT cells.The vast majority of γδ T cells reside in epithelial layers of tissues such as skin,gut,lung and urinary tract.By acting as the bridge linking innate and adaptive immunity,γδT cells play vital functions in various inflammatory diseases,tumor,and autoimmune diseases.γδT cells,which display different functions similar to those of αβT cell subsets,such as CTLs,Th1/Th2 cells,Tregs,Th17 cells,and APCs,can regulate the production of specific IgE and the infiltration of eosuophils depending on specific microenvironment.γδT cells may exert pro-inflammatory,immunoregulatory,or anti-inflammatory roles in allergic airway diseases,different γδT subsets performing distinct functions.
