摘　　要：详细阐述单纯形法的基本原理,并就使用单纯形法过程中经常遇到的如何寻找初始基本可行解,如何减少单纯形法的计算量以及如何将大规模复杂问题分解成若干个规模较小的简单问题等方面给予简答。This paper expounds the basic principles of simplex method,And further more,it answers a few questions about the simplex method,such as how to find the initial basic feasible solution,how to reduce the amount of calculation and how to decompose large and complex problems into several simple problems.
