摘　　要：推进新型城镇化的发展,是今后一个时期我国培育新的经济增长点、扩大内需和破解"三农"问题的重要战略举措。一直以来,上海浦东、深圳和天津滨海新区都是国家战略调整和实施的风向标,在多个领域积极探索创新,为全国提供有益经验。现对三地推进新型城镇化发展的模式、动力结构、做法进行概括和梳理,并总结三地推进新型城镇化建设的主要经验,以期能为我国新型城镇化的快速发展提供有益的启示。Promoting the development of the new urbanization is an important step of strategic importance to foster a new economic growth point,expand domestic need,and solve the problems concerning farmers,agriculture,and countries. Pudong New Area,Shenzhen New Area and Binghai New Area have always been a wind vane for national strategy adjustment and implementation,which serve to provide beneficial experience by exploring and innovating in many areas. This paper combs through and summarizes the models of motivation structure and practices in these three areas,and sums up their major experiences with the aim of providing insightful enlightenments for the rapid development of the new urbanization in our country.
