摘　　要：文化是思想政治教育的载体,也是思想政治教育的内容。新形势下的社会教育环境、科技问题和大学生特点使医学生思想政治教育面临着新的挑战。要进一步发挥文化软实力作用,促进文化与思想政治教育的有机结合,即从社会主义核心价值观、传统医学文化、校园文化、专业文化、网络文化、社会文化、个体文化等七个方面加强建设,丰富思想政治教育内涵,创新思想政治教育方式,全面提高医学生的综合素质。Culture is the carrier and the content of ideological and political education.Under the new situation,the social education,science problems and college students＇ characteristics make the ideological and political education facing new challenges.Therefore,it＇s necessary to further develop cultural strength,promote the combination between culture and the ideological and political education in order to strengthen the construction from the following seven aspects：socialist core values,traditional medical culture,campus culture,professional culture,network culture,social culture and individual culture,and increase the connotation and innovate the way of ideological and political education to improve the overall qualities of the medical students.
