医学生情商教育的有效路径探析

摘　　要：目前,情商教育的培养和训练已经受到越来越多人的关注。尤其在医患关系紧张、医疗纠纷增多的现实情境下,医学生的情商教育问题也引起了高等医学院校的重视。以医学生的情商教育为视角,着眼于大学生情商素养的发展和提高,力图通过有意识、有计划地对医学生进行情商的培养和训练,探索一条加强医学生情商教育的佳径,以期在卫生领域顺利实现社会效益的最大化,从而为建立新时代的真正和谐的医患关系做出贡献。At present,the cultivation and training of EQ education has attracted more and more attention.Especially in the tense relationship between doctors and patients,medical disputes in realistic contexts,EQ education of medical students in higher medical colleges and universities also attracted attention.From the angle of the EQ education of medical students,this paper tried to foster and train EQ education of medical students consciously and systematically,developed and improved the focus on college students EQ,in order to realize the maximization of social benefit,thus to establish a new era of truly harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
