摘　　要：华侨代议权是民国时期华侨参政的重要组成部分。民国初年,围绕着是否应给予华侨代议权曾有过激烈的讨论,最终华侨获得了代议权,并开启了华侨选举制度。华侨取得代议权,增强了华侨对祖国的归属感,丰富了民国代议政治的内容。The representative right was a important part of the civil rights for overseas Chinese in the period of the Republic. After a long debate over the representative right of the overseas Chinese, they fi nally gained the right. It was the fi rst time they had voted for the country in history. It created a very strong bond between the overseas Chinese and their motherland and enriched the representative politics of the Republican period.
