护士工作相关生活质量量表的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的检验第2版护士工作相关生活质量量表(WRQoL-2)在国内护士群体中使用的信效度。方法将WRQoL-2翻译成中文版,采用便利抽样法对某三甲医院388名护士进行调查,用SPSS21.0对问卷进行数据分析。结果量表CVI为0.91,总体Cronbach′sα系数为0.939,各因子α系数为0.652~0.859。采用因子分析共提取7个因子,累积方差贡献率为62.8%。结论WRQoL-2信效度较好,可作为国内护士工作生活质量的评估工具。Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Work-related Quality of Life Scale-2 （WRQoL-2） as applied to nurses in China. Methods The WRQoL-2 was translated into Chinese, then a sample of 388 nurses working in a tertiary hospital of China was selected by convenience sampling method to complete the scale. Data were analyzed by the use of SPSS21.0. Results The CVI for the scale was 0.91, the total Cronbach^s a coefficient was 0. 939 and the subscale a ranged from 0. 652 to 0. 859. Factor analy- sis resulted in a 7-factor solution for the scale. These 7 factors explained 62.8~/~0 of the total variance. Conclusion The WRQoL-2 applied to nurses in China showed good construct validity and reliability. It could be used in Chinese nurses to assess their quality of work life.
