摘　　要：目的了解湖北省三级医院护理人员的健康状况,分析健康问题的分布特征,为促进护理人员健康提供依据。方法对湖北省8个城市15所三级医院4 726名在岗护理人员采用自设健康状况调查表进行问卷调查。结果4 726名护理人员总体身体状况得分(3.14±0.77)分,其中睡眠质量(2.97±0.87)分,精力和体力(2.93±0.78)分,食欲(3.17±0.77)分,压力(2.90±1.08)分。护理人员处于不适症状及疾病前3位的是膝关节痛(35.10%)、神经系统疾病(26.32%)、静脉曲张(22.87%)。结论护理人员健康状况一般,社会以及医院应当多给予关注,同时护理人员应注意身心状态的调适,预防和减少慢性病,以提高健康水平。Objective To assess health status of nurses working in tertiary hospitals in Hubei province and to analyze the profile of health problems. Methods Totally, 4 726 on-the-job nurses were selected from 15 tertiary hospitals in 8 cities of Hubei province and were asked to complete a self-designed questionnaire. Results Nurses scored 3.14±0.77 on overall physical health, 2.97±0.87 on sleep quality, 2.93±0.78 on energy and stamina, 3.17±0.77 on appetite, and 2.90±1.81 on stress. The top three health prob- lems were., knee joint pain（35.10%）, nervous system diseases （26.32%）, and varicosity （22.87%）. Conclusion Health status of nurses is at an average level, and a high priority should be given by the society and hospital managers. At the same time, nurses themselves should also pay attention to maintaining psychological and physical adjustment, to prevent and minimize chronic diseases.
