参黄熏洗液熏洗对混合痔术后创面促愈的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨参黄熏洗液对混合痔术后创面促愈的临床效果。方法将160例混合痔术后患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组术后第1日起给予参黄熏洗液进行局部创面熏洗,对照组术后第1日起采用康复新液进行熏洗,于第7天观察两组创面疼痛程度、创面渗出、创缘水肿的情况,以及创面愈合时间。结果治疗后治疗组患者疼痛评分、创面渗出量评分、创缘水肿评分分别为(1.28±0.48)、(1.92±0.64)、(1.19±0.37)分,对照组分别为(1.52±0.86)、(2.39±0.81)、(1.35±0.43)分,两组比较P<0.05或P<0.01。治疗组患者创面愈合时间为(19.5±1.53)天,对照组为(22.7±2.04)天,两组比较P<0.01。结论应用参黄熏洗液熏洗可缓解混合痔术后患者症状,创面促愈作用明显。Objective To study the curative effect of Shen-huang fume lotion on the patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery treatment. Methods 160 patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery were random-ly divided into two group,80 patients in the treatment group were treated with Shen huang fume lotion as the basic treatment everyday,80 patients in the control group were treated with Kangfuxin fume lotion as the basic treatment everyday. The conditions of postoperative-pain,exudation and wound-edge edema on the seventh day. The time of wound healing in the two group was also observed respectively. Results Af-ter treatment,the values of postoperative-pain,removing exudation,reducing wound edema were 1.28 ± 0.48,1.92 ± 0.64 and 1.19 ± 0.37 in the treatment group respectively,1.52 ± 0.86,2.39 ± 0.81 and 1.35 ± 0.43 in the control group respectively （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. The time of wound healing was 19.5 ± 1.53 days in the treatment group and 22.7 ± 2.04 days in the control group respectively （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Shen huang fume lotion has a significant effect on the patients after the mixed hemor-rhoid surgery in relieving clinical symptoms and accelerating wound healing.
