摘 要:目的探讨品管圈活动在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖监测中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈,确立"降低妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖漏测率"为活动主题,对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖漏测现象进行调查与原因分析,制定对策并实施。结果实施品管圈后孕妇血糖漏测率由实施前的48.39%降至21.43%(P<0.01),目标达标率108.75%,进步率55.71%。出院前血糖达标率显著高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动有效降低了妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的血糖漏测率,提升了护士工作的主动性和积极性。Objective To explore the efficacy of monitoring blood sugar of pregnant women with gestational diabetes through quality control circle(QCC).Methods A QCC team was set up,and the topic of decreasing the rate of omitted blood sugar measurement among pregnant women with gestational diabetes was selected.The causes why they failed to monitor blood sugar were surveyed and analyzed,then improvement schemes and plans were formulated and implemented.Results After the implementation of QCC activities,the rate of omitted blood sugar measurement dropped from 48.39 % before the implementation to 21.43 % (P<0.01),with 108.75 % of the preset goal and 55.71% of improvement.Besides,after the implementation of QCC,before their discharge,the proportion of patients with normal blood sugar was significantly higher than before(P<0.01).Conclusion QCC activities help to lower the rate of omitted blood sugar measurement among pregnant women with gestational diabetes effectively,and promote the initiativeness of nursing staff.
