摘　　要：目的分析分泌性白细胞蛋白酶抑制因子(Secretory leukocyte protease inhibitor,SLPI)在结肠癌(Colorectal cancer,CRC)中表达以及对感染的判断效果。方法选取2011年5月-2013年5月医院收治的83例CRC患者(感染组)及同期80名健康门诊体检者(正常组),观察受试者血清SLPI水平和CRC患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况,分析其血清及癌组织SLPI水平;所有数据采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果 83例CRC患者有19例Hp感染,感染率22.9%;感染组血清SLPI水平显著高于正常组(P<0.05);感染组血清SLPI及癌组织SLPI水平均显著高于正常组,癌组织SLPI均显著高于血清SLPI水平(P<0.05)。结论 SLPI在CRC患者血清及癌组织中呈现高表达,而感染组血清SLPI水平显著高于未感染患者,因此,CRC可作为一项CRC肿瘤及感染标志物用于今后的监测,且血清检测操作方便、成本低,利于临床推广。OBJECTIVE To analyze the expression of secretory leukocyte protease inhibitory factor （SLPI） in color- eetal cancer （CRC） and observe its effect on diagnosis of infections. METHODS A total of 83 CRC patients who were treated in the hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were assigned as the infection group, meanwhile, 80 healthy people who participated the physical examination in the outpatient department were set as the control group,then the serum SLPI level of the participants and the incidence of I-Ielicobacter pylori infection in the CRC patients were observed, the levels of SLPI in the serum and carcinoma tissues were analyzed, and all the data were statistically analyzed with the use of SPSS13.0 software. RESULTS Of the 83 CRC patients, 19 cases were infected with H. pylori with the infection rate of 22.9%. The serum SLPI level of the infection group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The levels of SLPI in both serum and carcinoma tissues of the infection group were significantly higher than those of the control group; the carcinoma tissue SLPI level was sig- nificantly higher than the serum SLPI level （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The SLPI exhibits high expression in the serum and carcinoma tissues of the CRC patients, and the serum SLPI level of the patients with infections is signif- icantly higher than that of the patients without infections, therefore, SLPI can serve as a CRC tumor and infection marker, and the serological examination is simple and convenient, with the cost low, it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
