缺血性心肌病患者感染性心内膜炎的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨缺血性心肌病合并感染性心内膜炎的相关因素分析及处理措施,为提高临床对该病的治疗水平提供参考。方法选取2010年1月-2012年8月于医院治疗的缺血性心肌病合并感染性心内膜炎患者38例为研究对象,回顾性分析影响患者诊断和治疗的相关因素,并制定相应的处理措施,观察临床效果;所得数据采用SPSS15.0统计软件进行处理。结果高血压、高血脂和吸烟3项因素分布率较高,分别为76.32%、57.89%、65.79%,远高于其他因素;各项检查对该病的敏感度不同,其中心肌酶、超声心动图、冠状动脉造影以及导管介入检查的阳性检出率最高;系统治疗后32例患者治疗效果明显,有效率为84.21%。结论缺血性心肌病合并感染性心内膜炎患者的发病与高血压、高血脂和吸烟等因素相关,通过特异性的诊断治疗,临床效果可靠。OBJECTIVE To investigate the related factors of ischemic cardiomyopathy with infective endocarditis and the measures of treatment program, so as to provide a reference level to improve the clinical treatment of the disease. METHODS Totally 38 cases of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy with infective endocarditis were selected as the research objects from January 2010 to August 2012. The related factors that influencing diagnosis and treatment were analyzed retrospectively and we formulated the corresponding treatment measures to ohserve the clinical effect. The data obtained were processed by SPSS15.0 statistical software. RESULTS Distribution of three factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and smoking rate was higher, respectively, 76： 32%, 57.89%, 65.79%, far higher than other factors. The check on the sensitivity of the disease was difference, the highest positive detection rate was myocardial enzyme, echoeardiography and coronary angiography and catheter intervention in checking. The treatment effect of 32 cases of patients after system treatment was obvious and the effective rate was 84.21%. CONCLUSION The patients with ischemie cardiomyopathy with infective endocarditis attack related closely to the high blood pressure, high cholesterol and smoking and the other factors. Through the specificity of diagnosis and treatment, clinical effect is reliable.
