非内分泌专科护士糖尿病知识培训的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对非内分泌专科护士进行糖尿病知识培训,规范糖尿病患者管理的模式,提高糖尿病患者感染控制效果及护理质量。方法于2011年非内分泌科成立糖尿病健康教育管理小组共20名护士,通过对该20名护士进行糖尿病健康教育知识培训,规范教育的内容和方法,比较其培训前、后理论考试成绩、护理质量及糖尿病患者血糖达标率、相关感染发生情况;采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果培训后20名护士糖尿病理论知识、专科护理质量评分均有提高,糖尿病患者血糖达标率均较培训前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);培训前后糖尿病患者感染率分别为29.4%和11.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病健康教育小组为全院非内分泌专科的糖尿病患者提供规范教育及管理,在提升全院糖尿病护理质量方面发挥着重要作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the knowledge training for nurses in non-endocrinology departments and the management model for patients with diabetes, and to improve the care quality for patients with diabetes accompa- nied with infections in the hospital. METHODS A diabetes care team with 20 nurses was established in non-endocri- nology departments in the year 2011. The 20 nurses received health knowledge training about diabetes with stand- ardized education contents and methods. The theory test scores,care quality for diabetes, target rate of blood glu- cose control and incidence of diabetes-related infections before and after the training were compared. The SPPSS 17.0 software was used for the statistical analysis. RESULTS The theory test scores, care quality for diabetes, tar- get rate of blood glucose control was significantly improved than before,the difference was significant （P〈0.01） ; the infection rates were 29.4% and 11.9 % before and after training, the infection rate was decreased after train- ing, the difference was significant （P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION The diabetes education team provided standardized education and management for invatients, vlaved an imnortant tale in improving diabetes care quality.
