实习护士血源性职业暴露培训的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨实习护士开展血源性职业暴露相关培训的效果,旨在为做好血源性职业暴露相关培训提供参考依据。方法选择2012年1月-2013年1月在医院实习的120名护士为研究对象,对其进行血源性职业暴露及防范等信息的基线调查;应用随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组各60人,对照组护士实行常规实习培训,干预组在此基础上开展护理人员血源性职业暴露的培训活动,3个月后评价两组实习护士的职业暴露、职业暴露防范以及紧急处理知识的掌握程度、心理健康状况。结果干预组职业暴露率11.67%显著低于对照组护士31.67%(P<0.01);干预组护士的基本知识掌握程度和心理健康均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血源性职业暴露培训的开展对护士的身心健康及职业发展具有积极的影响,值得进一步开展。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of training of blood-borne occupational exposure among the nursing staff so as to provide guidance for the training of blood-borne occupational exposure. METHODS A total of 120 nurses who took practice in the hospital from Jan 2012 to Jan 2013 were enrolled in the study, then the baseline survey was conducted for the blood-borne occupational exposure and its prevention, the subjects were divided into the control group and the intervention group by using the randomized number table method, the nurses in the con- trol group received the conventional practice training, while the nurses in the intervention group received the addi- tional blood-borne occupational exposure training on the basis of the conventional training; three months later; the understanding of occupational exposure, prevention of occupational exposure, and emergency treatment as well as the psyehologieal health eondition was evaluated and compared between the two groups. RESULTS The incidence of occupational exposure was 11. 67% in the intervention group, significantly lower than 31. 67% in the control group （P〈0. 01）. Both the understanding of basic knowledge and the psyehologieal health of the intervention group were better than those of the control group （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION To conduct the blood-borne occupa- tional exposure training has the positive effect on the psychological health and oeeupational development of the nur- ses, which is worthy to be further promoted.
