摘 要:利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、万能拉伸试验机、冲击试验机等检测手段,采用对比分析的方法研究了不同Ni质量分数对铁路货车摇枕、侧架用铸钢组织性能的影响,试验结果表明:随着Ni质量分数增加,铸钢晶粒度等级逐渐升高,Ni质量分数为0.3%时铸钢晶粒度等级为11.7级,与未加Ni的10.1相比,提高近两个等级,当Ni质量分数高于0.15%时,片状组织完全消失;随着Ni质量分数增加铸钢强度略微升高、室温冲击值升高,-60℃冲击值显著升高,Ni质量分数为0.3%时,-60℃冲击值为85J,与未加Ni铸钢43J相比提高了97.7%.In this thesis,we study the effect of nickel content on the microstructure and performance of the grade B steel used for side frame and bolster by using metallurgical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,universal tensile testing machine,and impact testing machine.The experimental results show that:The grain size grade of casting steel was increased with the increasing of Ni content.The Ni can refine microstructure of casting steel.The grain size grade of the casting steel without Ni was 10.1.When the Ni content was 0.3%,the grain size grade of the casting steel was 11.7.When Ni content was higher than 0.15%,the lamellar structure completely disappeared;when the content of Ni was increasing,the casting steel strength increased slightly,and the impact energy increased at the room temperature and the impact energy of increased significantly at- 60 ℃.When the Ni content was 0.3%,the impact energy was 85J at- 60 ℃,it was increased to 97.7% compared with the casting steel without Ni that the impact energy was 43J at- 60 ℃.
