摘 要:针对生物质锅炉在实际运行过程中存在的排烟温度过高问题,采用锅炉效率反平衡法得出排烟温度与锅炉效率的关系,即排烟温度越高,锅炉效率越低.为了响应国家节能减排的政策,以实际运行的35 t/h生物质链条锅炉为研究对象,分析总结了影响排烟温度的因素,并提出一些在锅炉正常运行和停炉检修时可采取的优化排烟温度的措施,最终达到有效控制排烟温度,提高锅炉效率的目的.The problems of the high exhaust gas temperature in the biomass boiler which moves normally are analyzed,and the anti-balance method to get the boiler efficiency is used to get the relationship between the exhaust gas temperature and the boiler efficiency.The greater exhaust gas heat loss,the smaller the boiler efficiency.According to 35t /h biomass grate boiler,the factors which affect exhaust gas temperature are analyzed and summarized,and the measures to optimize exhaust gas temperature when the boiler moves normally or is closed to overhaul are taken for responding to the national energy policy.Finally,the exhaust gas temperature has been controlled effectively and the boiler efficiency is improved.
